problem with pendant/receiver pairing

Hi everyone.

I have also posted this on the pocket neurobics group...but just in

case:

I have a neurofeedback office with 3 computers running bioex and

using pendants---at the same time, in the same room. Computer 1

pendant and receiver are on channel 1, Computer 2 pendant and

receiver are on channel 2, and Computer 3 is on channel 3.

Recently, the #3 pendant has stopped working in the middle of doing

sessions and shows that they are not paired anymore---pendant

displaying 3 blinks but the receiver blinking 6 times. This happened

after the pendant was working correctly in a session, then next

session was not paired, no change by operator.

Yesterday, my office partner had the same thing happen to her, except

instead of it being a problem only with the #3 pendant/receiver

pairing, she also had the same problem happen with the #2 pendant as

well.

Is there something we should be aware of that could affect how the

pendants are paired that would allow them to be " bumped " off the

channel?

Any help would be appreciated!
