Guest guest
Heidi: How frustrating! How long has he been doing this at night? It is clear it's the helmet that's interfering w/his sleep, cuz once it's off, he's sleeping fine, right? Shortly after Abby turned one we had some serious sleep problems with her, they had nothing to do with her band though. Prior to that, Abby slept thru the night at just 6 wks of age (she's almost 3 now, and sleep is a huge challenge these days!). I wish I had some miracle cure for you guys, but unfortunately I don't. You said the helmet isn't too tight, that would be my only concern. Good luck with it, I know how darn frustrating sleepless nights can be!!!!!!!!! But we went to a wrestling party after our meet, came home late, put him to bed, put us to bed, two hours later, he wakes up screaming holding his head. I don't think in any way that the helmet is getting small. Our nero does not think so either. So off the helmet went, and everyone slept through the night. I just don't know what to do anymore. Has anyone out there had anything like this? He has been so good about wearing it at night, but since he has turned one, it is just like we are starting from scratch. I don't know what to do. He has no problem wearing it during the day, it is just at night. Help. Heidi, mom to Jeffry, MN >
