Pumping hourly probably wont make alot of difference except for exhaustion for you. Try pumping about every 2-3 hours with one of the meds above. Even 4 oz. per day has made a difference for alot of children so do not underestimate what you are doing. IF I had access to breastmilk and I knew that it was safe I would give it to Lucas. If you can give it to your daughter even just 4 oz. mixed in her cereal or with ovaltine or what ever it would be fine. I would love to do a study but am a bit overwhelmed for now.
