Guest guest
I didn't stop it, I ran out and it was a Friday and the doctors didn't open till Monday, so by the Saturday night I was a total asthmatic wreak I'd gone into silent asthma and was so low in oxygen that I started to talk total rubbish, that was when my husband click there was some thing wrong, I ended up in hospital for seven days four of them on 100% oxygen. That was also when I found out I had brittle asthma and silent asthma, I don't wheeze as much now and I didn't recognise I was having an asthma attack I just grew shorter and shorter on breath but the Singulair is just one of the treatments I take, but I found out the hard way if I run out, its to my second holiday home the Queen Margaret hospital for me. I've started to take a few herbal treatments and Lyprinol and have got my steroids down to 5mg every other day, but I still take my other meds I'm on including my herbal. Things are not easy but my main goal is to get of the steroids as I have put on so much weight with them and have acne as well. Maybe one day.
