Guest guest
Ok, I take Marlie to storytime each week at the local bookstore and the reader is a really nice lady. We have been speaking about health, diet, etc for months. This past Sunday she told me that though she would love to be a vegan she can't because she has iron poor blood and the beans, etc don't give her the right amount of blah blah. Didn't make sense to me. I thought I'd ask here for suggestions. She is quite overweight and wants to do something about it. She said to tell the group she has ulcers (not sure if this is plural or not), hypolycemia and the iron poor blood. She said the iron poor blood thing was liked to her hypoglycemia. She said she doesn't eat sugar or put sugar in things, etc. Not sure what else to say..... Thanks in advance. Reggie
