Truvada & Sustiva Combo, Possible side effects....

The time has come for me to start HAART. I was diagnosed HIV+ in October 2004. My Doctor thinks I have been pos for about 8 years. My blood work was as follows:

10/04 16900vl 286 CD4

12/04 9000vl 266 CD4

01/05 7000vl 312 CD4

03/05 50000vl 286 CD4

05/05 16500vl 210 CD4 CD% 15

I'm 50 years old, 5'11", 163 lbs. I work out 3 times a week and get a massage every week.

My Doctor has written a scrip for Truvada & Sustiva which I will start in a few days. Doc says that if the Truvada is too expensive for my insurance plan, I could use Combivar instead. A resistance test was done with no negative results. I have been taking about 40 supplements a day including:

Super Nutrition Multi; Alpha Lipoic ; NAC ; COQ10 ; L-Glutamine; L-Glutathoine;

L-Caritene; L-Methethoine; B100, B6, B12; Folic Acid; CM4, Omega3; Vitamin C; Vitamin E; Cod Liver Oil; Flaxseed Oil; Shark Liver Oil; Transfer Factor; Acidopholus; Beta Caratine and Green Plus Super Food.

My question is: Does anyone know if any of these supplements will react with this combo? And has anyone had any experiences with side effects from this combo?

Any input would be Great...I'm stressing a little. , thank you for all you do!
