Guest guest
I'm very confused...I thought I was the one who was being attacked...and I thought the " ass " comment was directed at me? Guest guest
Sue, I am blocking all the asthma groups. It is too stressful for me and causes me more health problems than it helps. I have never been able to be around bickering and this whole expeirence (sp) is too much for me. I am wondering if these groups are really worth all the time we put into them reading the messages etc. Talking to people on line is hard cause since they can't hear your tone of voice or see your face, what can be proposed as a teasing gesture turns into a nasty argument. It's too bad cause it could be a good thing. I tend to try and make light of heavy life threatening situations to keep the stress level down to a level we all can deal with, but that wasn't coming across that way and I guess it was my fault. But do to my bad health and lack of being able to handle stress I have chosen to take myself out of these groups as of this afternoon. I did answer a few people this morning, but after realizing how much time and energy it is taking out of me, I can't do it any more. It's the best I can do for me, and at this time, my health is more important that who said what, know what I mean? Good luck Sue, try chalking this us to one of those nasty learning experiences we both went through. Don't let them make you sick, okay? Take care, ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here

Guest guest
, I would have thought you would have attached this email to Walt's last post! No-one is bickering here. But SueNY should not have received the sarcastic, condesending response she did from Maureen. The problem here is that this is an asthma group with people suffering from asthma and allergies, so there are going to be fewer people who are 'animal' people due to their condition. But when an email comes into the group it is going to be read and internalised differently by everyone based on their own feelings and beliefs. The cat issue and the uncaring explanation jumped out at me and obviously the other SueNY before anything else. Maureen on the other hand saw past that to a guy in distress, we all react differently, and we should all be allowed to do that. That is why it is called a group! Ricoreeks though, needed to take responsibility for his email and how it was going to be perceived by the masses and be prepared for the responses. He had no idea that the way he wrote that email came off as uncaring and actually leaving the destiny of the cat hanging. I notice he has now left both groups. Maybe it would be better to ignore these types of uncaring people like everyone here ignores Walt. Sue. > Sue, > I am blocking all the asthma groups. Guest guest
Re: Pets You'd be surprised the number here that dislike like your rant! PoodleMUMMY. I pity the dogs in your care. You certainly exert some nasty anger here to people not disurbing. I can imagine what the dogs get on a bad day. One sick and angry lady! Guest guest
I'm sure there are some pets that have a low instance of creating alleric reactions in others. Hard to say. For me, I'm not allergic to dogs so I enjoy them and wash my hands after petting one to decrease the likelihood of developing allergies. I avoid cats because I'm allergic to them and not allergic to anything else pet wise. I guess I just stick to what I can tolerate. I also don't own any pets also to be on the safe side. Angie > Is there a pet out there that is " Asthma-proof " and something that > everyone would agree is safe? I would like to know as many opinions > as possible on how people with asthma deal with pets.
