a letter from nada for Mother's Day

This one is interesting - a Mother's Day card unsigned. HOWEVER , it came with

a very big bribe in the form of a check.

The memo line said Mother's Day/Father's day. I tore it up - bribes come with

too many strings attached - I'd rather starve - and believe me, right now that

money would have done us a world of good. I'm feeling so good tho to know I can

tear it up and I don't feel guilty or anything but FREE!!! Life is GOOD!! I

did notice tho, that her handwriting is very shaky - she is definitely going

down hill fast. I'm trying not to feel like I caused it. I have know that the

emotional problems probably helped it along, but it's not something I can deal

with. Maybe if I had known about BPD sooner and could have set boundaries, but

it's too late now to go back and change. Sad.....
