Guest guest
My daughter is on 1000mg Taurine per day. This wasincreased from 500 mg. We didn't see any problems here.ZahraSent from my iPhone Does anyone know the upper limits of Taurine, very jerky, he has been on 1x 100mg since MM started to stock Taurine think it was 500mg with Kirkman, so it has been increased but would like to know how high we can go, he has grown a lot so maybe he could manage more, is there an upper limit? Also did anyone see my previous melatonin email listing ingredients in current supply and if so do they look OK? Gluten not an issue here. TIA Vicky

Guest guest
Was it urine or blood, someone will probably chip in but I think high test result means some kind of conversion problem and not actually exceptionally high at all, something to do with B6. Zahira it was a typo, Mandi is right, should have read 1000mg, he isn't struggling with it at all, I'm wondering if he can take more because he is pretty stimmy and jerky, taurine has always sorted this out in the past. Guest guest
We have this same 'wasting' w taurine - high in urine and very low in plasma AA. Giving taurine here provokes seizures. Does anyone know what cofactors might be helpful? We use gobs of P5P and most of the common other supps.
