He was very low in Lysine which produces B6 so I have ordered some of that and upped his Kirkman B6 and Magnesium wafers. He has never been better. wants me to increase them to 8 and I have been increasing every few days and he is just improving all the time. He started a new school 3 weeks ago and has just taken it in his stride, I don't want to rock the boat but am wondering what to do about the taurine. Perhaps I don't need to do anything? I definately can't supplement it. A while back I gave him a taurine supplement by mistake, (instead of giving it to his sister,) and he completely lost the plot! I wish biomed wasn't so complicated!! Best wishes, . X
Guest guest
hi we had wasting taurine and malabsorbtion markers in magnesium but we may have mended the taurine now by lowering it from 1000mg to 500mg .... or maybe his body has adjusted, but it looks like they are increasing in levels, will know with next base line test in dec.. why are so many children with this issue of taurine p5p b6 issues? Isobel > > > Hi Vicky > > Yes Harry is having B6, was having solgar magnesium & B6 then swapped to magnesium glycinate but he is still getting his B6 in his multi which is Klaire vitaspectrum > > x > > > > > > > To: Autism-Biomedical-Europe > From: MaddiganV@... > Date: Fri, 18 Nov 2011 03:45:38 -0500 > Subject: Re: Re: Taurine and Melationin > > > > > > > > Are you taking B6? Apparently really important, having said that we aren't, maybe that's our problem but is so ripping on B's, might just do incy wincy bits at a time and see if I can build up, case of hang on to your hat this could be a bumpy ride! > Vicky > > > > > > Re: Re: Taurine and Melationin > > > > > > He's wasting it if its coming out in his pee > > Mandi x > > > In a message dated 17/11/2011 19:08:54 GMT Standard Time, nortonjenny44@... writes: > I'm sorry to but in but while you are talking about taurine I was wondering about my son's ONE test results that show that his taurine is exceptionally high of its own accord.
