" Yep, my sister and I both have daily tension headaches. I get them less and less though the more I'm far far away from them. But anytime I'm within driving distance, you'd swear I had stocks in Advil. It was kind of funny because I thought when I was in highschool that maybe I was just dehydrated or something and that's why I got headaches everyday around 5:00. Then I got to college and they went away. So yeah, I realized it was just the stress of living with stepnada and my dishrag dad. " >> I don't know if this counts, either, but...from about the time my mother abandoned me at 15 until about 18 years later, I suffered from severe health problems every winter that culminated in bronchitis/pneumonia. I never thought about the relationship between that and my emotional health, but on reflection I realize that I did overcome this yearly bout of misery at the same time I had established serious boundaries and was back on track with my life and feeling emotionally healthy for the first time ever. " Both of my parents are bpd/narcissistic, plus my ex-partner is bpd/narcissist. I developed hypoglycemia, and most recently developed fibromyalgia which is very debilitating. The articles I " ve read on it says it can be caused by having an accident or a trauma/stress. I totally blame my relationship on getting this.
