Guest guest
What are peoples normal (green) range, when does their yellow start and when does red start?
Guest guest
> What are peoples normal (green) range, when does their yellow start > and when does red start? > Green is 80-100% of my normal average reading. Yellow is 60%-80% of hits reading, and red and anything below 60%. Normal average was determined by taking readings 3 times daily for a 7 day period (when not experiencing any asthmatic distress) and averaging these readings. For example my normal average is 400. That means that anything between 320 and 400 is green. Anything between 240 and 320 is yellow, and below 240 woudl be red.
