Coping with Stills as a spouse

Hello, my name is , my wife is Caroline. I need advice on dealing with the

hopeless feelings I have living with a spouse with Stills. I am a " get the job

done " kind of person, and only another spouse of a stills patient would know

what I am feeling or even talking about. Please send advice and suggestions. I

never have, and never will be a " sit back and just watch without doing anything "

kind of person, but with this it seems i have no other choice. How do I deal

with the helplessness I feel? Thank you for your help,
