Mooney RE: Calcium Question I haven't researched it, but I just buy Kirkland brand calcium at Costco. They have one that is just calcium and vitamin D and another with calcium, vitamin D, magnesium and a third mineral. I usually find Costco is as cheap as anyplace else for just about anything, although you might do better if you look around online. In case you didn't see the posting here a few days ago, a study was just completed that found that Fosamax works much better than calcium and diet for HIV+ persons with osteoporosis or osteopenia with no significant side effects. I've taken if for several years, and have had some improvement over the years with no side effects. You only have to take it once a week.
