Guest guest Posted September 16, 2011 Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 Hi Rocking can be a sign that child has poor prorprioception (ie poor feedback from body about where you are in space). It may have increased recently because of body growth. Whilst proprioception is often a problem all the time for people with autism it can worsen when your body changes. Bit like when you are pregnant and misjudge spaces you are trying to pass through because you are bigger than you think!
