I don't have the Endometriosis. I definitely have problems with my cycle

though. Painful, heavy and I get way to emotional. My Migraines are linked

to my cycle.

My uterus is also tilted. Who knows when that happened. At one time my

Doc. wanted me to go through some tests because of the tilted uterus.

I probably should have but I didn't. I try to avoid all of the testing at

all costs. Years of going to Doc's just has warn me down. I hate going to

the Doc's.

I had Gestational Diabetes with my daughter. I have also had 2 C-sections.

I was very sick with both of my pregnancies. When I say sick it wasn't my

Stills it was from the pregnancies. My Stills improved during pregnancy. I

was told I shouldn't have any more children because of the Gestational

Diabetes and 2 C-sections.

When I was 18 I was given meds to start my cycle. The Doc's felt that the

Stills had prevented me from having my cycle. My cycles during this time

were irregular. I would skip months of my cycle. Now it is regular.

I was just curious if other women on this site have experienced similar

womanly problems.

I too had 2 c sections. The first time, I was in labor for 28 hours and only

dilated to 6 cm and the second was an emergency also with clamsia. I was very

ill, seeing spots, had a lot of protein in my urine and my blood pressure went

through the roof, so they took Zach right away. The doctor said that he could

of died and I could of went into a coma. I was very ill. I often wonder if

this had something to do with my Stills, or my horrible hysterectomy when they

tore my bladder. I don't know, but I find a lot of woman with messed up cycles,

endometriosis and other monthly problems, do have c-sections and sometimes

second time and third time around. Isn't this strange? There is definitely a

pattern going on here.

I have had very similar problems: Gestational Diabetes - 3 times, rough

pregnancies, difficult deliveries, inverted uterus, Insanely heavy bleeding,

Irregular menstrual cycles, pain, etc. My GYN wanted me to have a historectomy

by now. My cure? I started accupunture and chinese medicine. Believe it or not,

after the FIRST treatment, (really!) I have had no more problems, for 6 months

now. Unbelievable, but true.

Dear Caroline,

Thanks for writing. It does sound like we have had some similar

experiences. I wonder if my cycle problems are from Fibro. Each year they

do seem to get worse. Although I had other problems before the Fibro. But

who knows how long I have had the Fibro. Do you have Fibro? Thanks for

sharing. I may be cynical but I don't think I would go for the hysterectomy

either.

I often wonder if my Gestational Diabetes was related to all the steroids I

took before. My blood sugar still isn't normal which worries me at times

but my Doc. doesn't seem that concerned. I don't know. I am so glad you

have found some relief. I wish you the best.
