Whenever you need to work outside, wear a pollen and dust mask.

And these are pollen seasons:

spring-tree pollen

late spring and early summer-grass pollen

late summer-autumn-weed pollen

winter-allergy-triggering pollen and mold

(whenever there's no snow covered)

so when can we not wear our masks?

only when there's snow covered

so we're suppose to wear our masks when we go outdoors except when snow

is covered

that is most of the year and some years it's all year...that's amazing

this asthma research is tripping me out

so how many of you guys actually do this??

or is it just me

amazing

HUGS!!!

I would hate it if I had to use a mask all the time and I feel it would

> mean I wouldn't be able to cope with normal germs which in turn could

leave

> me vulnerable

that's what asthma is

that is true that masks fog up glasses of even goggles

everything doesn't work for everybody

amd masks just partly work

everything is just partly working unless you have a mild case

that's easier

some things you just have to learn to except

even leaving a scene cause of asthma is no different than wearing a mask

whatever works for you if anything

everything works a little for me but still have daily asthma...today had

3 attacks but I keep on trucking along as long as I'm still alive i will

HUGS!!!
