N-acetylcysteine; Ibuprophen;Digestive enzymes w/and between mealslSaline nasal washesl;Autogenic draining; antigravity inversion table; active cycle breathing; chest physical therapy? Has anyone had good results with cayenne pepperm or other herbs to thin mucus and expel it easily? Has anyone tried the LDA,low dose allergy shots with good results? I have given up on allergy shots here because while diabetics can give themselves insulin shots at home, now we can't give ourselves allergy shots, even if you have been doing it for 10 year. I guess the doctors discovered a cash cow in allergy shots. I have few symptoms and seldom use medications except Spring/Fall. I can't take many steroids due to glaucoma. Only had asthma for 4 months. Diabetics have to have shot several times a day otherwise they would make them go to doc for shots too and I think it has to be about money nothing else makes any sense.
