From what I have read its life changing for some kids but most don't see much, getting the right stuff and using it nasally is the key but that's Rx only and difficult to source outside of US and difficult to administer, Sam would have none it when we tried with MB12 and he is too big to argue with.

I have used a spray around Sam but that did no good that I could discern
