Guest guest
Posted this on mercury goup but haven't had any feedback does anyone know anything about in order to bring copper toxicity down is it necessary to also have magnesium in place alongside zinc, molybdenum and milk thistle? Due to taste find magnesium is a not any easy supplement to include for children- have been giving epsom salt baths instead but understand that little mag. is absorbed that way. Have read without magnesium the zinc will just dump copper and mercury in blood and raise sodium levels - is this correct?Be grateful for any advice, thanks Janet

No mag glycinate's taste isn't tolerated. Topical - i use the mag. sulphate cream on days i don't do the e.salt baths but i don't think that has much mag. in does it? Don't know of any other topical forms but that would be good if you know of any. I have only heard of using extra Zinc and Moly for reducing copper but Mag is very important and underrated supp IMHO, we use Mag Glycinate, have you tried that?
