Are you guys all of a sudden getting a ton of spam for (blush) free porn memberships in addition to a ton of other offers?? Just wondering if it came from my membership in this list!

LOL Jodi:

Not that I've noticed, but I do get tons of spam that I just delete

w/o even reading what it's for.

Happy to hear how great Collin's been doing in his STARband :) Yeehaw!

Jodi-

That's great! How far do you have to drive for treatment? I can't

remember, do you and Sunny use the same ortho?

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of car seat do you use? I am

debating moving my 3 yo up to a high back booster. We have Britax

Roundabouts now. TIA

Hi --

We drive about an hour and fifteen minutes each way for treatment, so it's not too bad. No, Sunny and I have different orthos... We love ours though - her name is Amy Adamczyk in Palo Alto CA. She's really good and has done hundreds of STARbands.

We use Roundabouts for both kids right now - Collin rear facing and is forward facing (she's 27 months). I really love them - so easy to use! How much does your three year old weigh? If he/she (sorry!) is still under 40 pounds and the shoulders are still even with or below the top slots, I'd leave them in the Roundabout, but if not, you're pretty much free to choose anything for high back boosters. They're all pretty much the same since they're used with the vehicle seatbelt. If you want to stay with a 5 pt harness longer, Britax does have a seat called the Marathon out - harnessed to 65 pounds, so that might be a good option if you'd like to keep the harness. It can be found at Babies R Us as well as some places online. Runs around $229 though - kind of steep. Dane could use it too though!

Hope that helps - I'm just running out the door, so that was kind of rushed...

Mine recently moved from Orange to Corona/Anaheim. How loose was your babies star band in the beginning?
