Guest guest
For me the worse time for an asthma attack is when getting up in the morning. As soon as I step off the bed asthma begins. Next thing I know is I'm rushing around getting ready for work while gasping for air. The asthma puffer (ratio-Salbutamol HFA) do clear it up but often it takes at least 1/2 hour before the couffing stops (It's like I took too long to take it). I think it's normal for energy levels to be a little low when getting out of bed. But for me it's absolutaly exausting! My heart beats fast as if I'm running up a hill. And all I'm doing is sitting down trying to bring it under control. I swear if I had a bad heart I'd be dead by now. Using Flovent before bedtime helps but not completly.
