Question for anyone using speak

We've just started using speak capsules. As they have a lot of Vit E in I'm

assuming this can replace individual Vit E I was giving.

IRO of vit K. I have been giving 1 drop of thorne vit K 2 (1mg). I notice in

each speak cap there is 1mg K1 and 150mcg K2.

Do I still need to give the additional K2 - I though it was K2 that was the

better version.

Would appreciate to hear from anyone who understands more about Vit K.
