That happens to me sometimes too. I'm not sure why that is, but I

know it can be sometimes because my allergies are giving me that

reaction 'cause I'm so congested or when I have a panic attack and

start hyperventilating.

Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. I've probably had

asthma for at least a few years and have just been writing off the

symptoms to being out-of-shape etc.

Probably to a certain extent, but I'm overweight and I had asthma

before that happened. It's kind of a vicious circle...you know?
