And you can start to find someway out the maze to at least give you a life abet different. What I find hard with my Asthma [only a newbie but over 50!] is how should I conduct/do what I have always done. Nothing to do with pushing the boat out but little things like walking - stair climbing - shopping and the like. I have to spend a lot of time asking myself :-) " should you do this like you have always done & will you end up OK or will you then have to say later after rescue inhaler to the rescue - that was stupid! " I haven't had to use the rescue this last 7days but I have noticed my breathing is back to laboured even when at rest.......so I guess that means trip to see my doctor even though my PF seems about my personal best. And as for exercising I'm having a real problem with that!! My physio for other things says I should start small but even small seems to be toooooo much. I've raised 4 children pretty much myself and took care of two husbands who where not to keen to work or contribute to the household financially or otherwise. Lived alone for 10 years, my kids are grown and have their own full life and do just fine. Although my husbands where very dependent on me, I do not hate man. Just am for equality. You need to find a gal that has her own life and learn about equality, sharing the jobs at home, a good give and take.., not another mother who takes care of you.. I felt pity for a woman in mylife once when she appeared in an TV and told about one man and how he has cheated,attacked her etc,etc.I thought that guy should be killed.after sometime one day in mylife when one woman made complaint on me saying that I was distrubing her (Infact she distrubed me and all most spoiled my peace that time)that to crying beating her bare breasts,I have started realising what is meant by woman? and when three more women repeated the same thing,I have understood completely about women. I am sorry,I have spolied my morning with thinking about women.According to me MOST of the woman are shits and in India every woman is a shit,they lie,they cheate and attack you due to their inferiority complex! I guess when you're a woman and have had one too many bad consequences because of sex, it loses it's importance. Only good with the right person. My opinion. I'm not sure everyone feels that way, but I'm okay with not having sex...kind of think of myself as a born again v. I've seen men and women coexist peacefully and happily, but there was a high level of compromise and not all from one side of the fence. Both people have to actively commit theirselves to the relationship, and communication is huge! I think there are nice women and men out there. They just need to start being drawn to each other instead of to the jerky men and women. lol! That's why I'm happy alone. Can go where ever I want. Do what ever I want. Don't have to ask for permission. My house is decorated the way that I want it, and if I don't feel like cleaning, I don't have to. If I just want mac and cheese for dinner...no big deal.
