Reducing Celexa - question

I might have mentioned this in some part of another post. 's

psych has never returned my call. I told the receptionist (who isn't

the nicest or most helpful person) that I wanted to reduce 's

Celexa so that by the end of May he would be down to a minimum dose

or so; and then we'd see how he was doing plus he could begin

therapy. To shorten this, I just left a message for the psych to

call me.

Never heard back. So is it OK for me to go ahead and reduce on my

own??? I was trying to solicit suggestions from him on how to do it

although I do have some idea from others (in my Celexa group) who

have gone off it.
