Guest guest
, can you tell us what he eats? Sorry--I can't understand what you're saying about his weight. Is he becoming overweight? Does he have signs of yeast? Have you had any testing done on his nutrition levels? Does he take anything for blood sugar regulation, like chromium or vanadium? Guest guest
Hi Anita, thanks for getting back to me. He used to be gfcf and he didn't had any interest in dairy up to this summer holidays now if gets anything he eats it like milk or cheese these are goats products though I don't buy any Cows products, he is still gluten free as we all are in the house. And yes, he is becoming overweight and more I want him to eat less more he eats some days one breakfast is not enough, one thing that I notice is that he is avoiding protein meat mostly he used to enjoy it and now he leaves it in his plate. Regarding yeast I have started the protocol again 2 days ago with candex, probiotics , and oregano as per previous experience ....he has been complaining about headaches and tummy aches last week almost everyday so I though it may would be yeast and started the protocol , was I right ? OMG I am so confuse now ..... Regarding testing we done the Yasko testing and it show that DS does not digest well protein .....the sugar levels we done through the NHS and it showed within the normal range but that was nearly a year ago , so I probably should look to do some again ..... he takes chromium but just 100 mcg he used to take more but I run out of his minerals .... He has a fixation for carbs like potatoes, or pasta at the moment ..... His thyroid was boderline though do you think it can be that ? regards
