Hi I thought both forms of lactoferrin re-distributed unavailable iron back into bloodstream therefore increasing haemoglobin and reducing iron stored in tissue.  Please correct me if  I have this wrong.  I've been using life extension recently as we open capsules and the kids tolerate the taste much better than one I used previously  but I don't want to be using it in vein.

Hi

We also use Spatone sachets for iron, ideally in some orange juice. Rare cooked meat is also excellent, as much of the blood as possible. I use Lactoferrin with colostrum from Allergy Research Group from revital.co.uk alongside Solgar Gentle Iron.

I might be wrong but I thought Jarrow and Life Extension were apolactoferrin which lowers excess iron rather than increases it?
