Suzy Q,

thanks for writing back! Thank you for the advice of aspercream. I think that

I will give that a try. Sometimes, I forget about all these over the counter

medications. I am in the middle of moving my hut tub up on the porch again with

some stairs. I had pulled it off my porch several years ago and put it under a

gazebo, but it was a walk outside and I had no stairs to it, and since my Stills

has really acted up, I thought that I would pull it up again on the deck. I am

in the process right now of extending the deck, so it will be up closer near the

house and this time I will have stairs to climb into it, so when the deck is

done, I will be retreating back to the hot tub. I feel lost without it right

now. I too, tore my rotator cuff Sue. I did it several years ago, but it was

my right rotator cuff and I had the surgery to fix it, but it's the left collar

bone area that has been so bad. I actually caught myself last night....cracking

my knuckles and pulling my joints in my fingers with a massage technique that I

was taught, but I was pulling them very hard, and I STOPPED and realized that

this pain was shooting right up to my collar bone. This could definitely be

what has been causing the pain. Ever since I was a child...I have cracked my

knuckles....A VERY BAD HABIT...so I am going to try and refrain from that from

now on and see if that makes a difference. Now, if I could only refrain from

ice cream, pasta, butter and fatty foods...maybe I could lose a few pounds!!!

lol.....love you friend...talk to you soon.

Love, Sue #2
