Coconut water

My local Co-op has started stocking this in a carton in the chiller cabinet.

Presumably it will either be pasteurised or even sterilised. Is it likely to be

any good just as it is straight from the carton, please? And does anyone have

some of the right grains to spare so I can make coconut kefir, please?

PS we don't like our bacon and egg cooked in coconut oil - too sweet. Does

anyone have idea how to use the stuff? I have 2 pots. If the worst comes to the

worst we could just eat it off a spoon (yuck!).
