Presumably it will either be pasteurised or even sterilised. Is it likely to be any good just as it is straight from the carton, please? And does anyone have some of the right grains to spare so I can make coconut kefir, please? Thanks, Margaret PS we don't like our bacon and egg cooked in coconut oil - too sweet.
