Guest guest
Thanks Sondra, that's a thought. Although, how did you use it outside of the house? I'm wondering how to keep it near her abdomen or back while she's in school? Marie AZ

Guest guest
> Marie AZ, they are new on market in stores and they stick like bandaides to you clothings so I to stick it to outside of my under panties and it is is then between of my underpanties and pants , it is stick on one side and so stays where you stick it. It is not a heating pad with cords like things it is new things. Like large bandaides. Sondra
Guest guest
Thanks, Sondra. Do you find them at a pharmacy like CVS, Walgreens, Osco etc? Are they in the bandaid section? Marie (AZ)

I to think they are like between 5-10 dollars for a box of three of them. I to think you can be to buy single packs too but cant be to remember now because I to always buy box with several. they are much helpful to me with sinus headaches in back of my neck too. They are like portable heating pads. you not want to ever place it direct to the skin because they can be to maybe burn of the skin. I to burned self once because wanted to ace bandage the heat pad to my leg that was of much pains one day wrong things to do it to leaved me with small burn. So make of sure a layer of clothing is covering the skin such as under panties and can even place a dry thin wash cloth there to prevent it form to burn if feel safer that way, but they do be much helpful to me.
