Hi Kally,

I just read that you moved to Sacramento---I'm in Bakersfield. Both

are bad news for respiratory problems. I don't know about West Palm

Beach, but many areas in Florida are high in molds---also bad for

respiration. I don't remember where these areas in Florida.

Your asthma appears to be mild as you haven't used your medication in

a month. Mine (as of right now) is pretty bad as I have to use the

albuterol inhaler about every three to five hours. I have severe

shortness of breath.

I think it takes a person awhile to adjust to a different climate,

even a good one.
