Guest guest
> the spleen season is at the change of seasons so that can oftne come up > then and as you move ot autumn all the excesses of summer come out to be > healed. > This could be the reason why I get a cold/cough/congestion every year around that time. I never thought about it that way. Tried the breathing technique a few days ago, and I swear it helped. I imagined the new breath going into my lungs, scooping up the waste and moving it to the outside to be recycled. Amazing, thank you for whoever shared that, sorry I forgot your name. I usually work on that *cold* for weeks every year, but I think it is resolved now. The umeboshi plums might have helped, too. Guest guest
Hey , Thanks. I really wasn't worried about Marlie just that junk my brother was telling me. Ironically 2 of his kids now have fever and one they thought had strep. I told him it's the switch to cold weather and tried explaining discharge to my mom she got it. She's been eating pretty well today she had a decent amt of veggies broc, caul, kale with brown rice and miso. tonight she had a buckwheat noodles in broth at Mana tonight. She doesn't drink juice, just water, no fruit, cold stuff, salads, but tonight she had some popcorn. Interesting to think about may see some differences when she is feeling better. I'll keep you posted. Peace, Reggie > >> Marlie has a wet cough nearly 2 weeks, but we're in a > >colder climate. > >> She has no fever, no labored breathing and feels fine.
