Boy, every workout at this point feels like such an accomplishment :)  I had a great one.  I believe this is just the second time I have done 's Kettlebell Drills.  It's a nice solid workout.  I used my 18lb kettlebell for most everything, except there were a few squats and lunges that I just used my body weight on.  I picked up my 13 kb a couple of times too, but the majority was done with the 18.  At the end, I did two sets of 10 push-ups again, no risers... and then I did some extra snatches too.  Good stuff!  I modified with the side lunges, because it was too painful and my belly got in the way.. I kept moving though.  And also at the end with the burpee type of exercise, I used my risers and walked my feet out instead of my hands.  I shut my HRM off at 40 minutes and had burned a nice 482 calories with my average at 139.  My next workout (tomorrow) will be my 150th workout since I found out I was preggo :)
