Guest guest Posted September 26, 2011 Report Share Posted September 26, 2011 Hi all,I took three super lovely rest days Friday- Sunday. I took some naps, which hit me just right. I'm still struggling with chronic insomnia. I had a super long nap on Friday, and BOY, did that help. I dozed off during football yesterday. I find football SUPREMELY boring, and maybe I should watch it when I'm having my insomnia, LOL. I should videotape it and watch it when I'm up at 1:00 a.m. Bores me to DEATH, LOL. I actually felt better today just from getting caught up with sleep. Today I did my walk commute plus a lunch walk. The route totaled about 6 miles. I did a couple of run segments in the morning, and it went fairly well. On the way home, I picked up a bunch of groceries at Trader Joe's. It's half a mile away from home. Came home with a packed backpack and two full cloth sacks. Did curls & triceps extensions with the bags. Had an ipod mix with a fast walk bpm, and that was fun. Happy workouts!
