I started to do it with a 20 lb, but quickly dropped to an 18 lb. The overhead presses and overhead lunges are a weak area for me. These workouts are so short, but they still kick my butt hard. This is the breakdown for this one: Reinhardt Kettlebell System Workout 11Warm up 4:00Workout 27:03Cool down 4:54Complex 1: 10 minutes1 clean, 1 press, 1 overhead lunge, each side2 cleans, 2 presses, 2 overhead lunges, each side3 cleans, 3 presses, 3 overhead lunges, each siderepeat, doing as many complexes as you can in 10 min.Rest 1 minuteComplex 2: 15 minutes5 right hand swings5 right hand high pullshand to hand switch5 left hand swings5 left hand high pullsrepeat as many times as possible for 1 minuteRest 30 sec.10 sets Have an awesome day everyone.
