Hello Connie,

First of all the cause of your migraine is uncertain. It is know to be related to global brain activity called a spreading cortical depression. Was your migraine related to sitting in front of a computer screen, watching a video screen, animation perhaps, doing the EEG training, related to what you did in the 72 hours prior to the training, or simply programed in your brain to happen regardless of what you did that moment.

The relationship of cause and effect is much more uncertain then often presented.

I wish it was easier, but it isn't!
