I didn't get much sleep last night. My husband is still sick with pneumonia and he was coughing all nite. He's also a real pain in the a & & when he's sick. I had planned to do Tracey's other new bootcamp one, the metabolic conditioning one this morning, but when I saw that it was the same warmup as yesterday with those burpees I just didn't have it in me. I wasn't sure what to do but then I saw Misty Tripolis Body Grooves sitting there so I threw that one in. I did workout 2. It was only 28 minutes. These are so fun. Never ever did I think I would be saying a dance workout was fun, but these really are. You won't burn a ton of calories with these, but I do have a nice little sweat glow going on. I like these way better than I thought I would. I really like Misty's personality. She gives you a basic move and then you just put your own little spin on it and make it your own. You don't have to memorize any tricky dance moves. These are great for a lite day which I needed today.
