today's core workout at the Sweat Shop

I made up a new routine for and I do to do.  I used an 8 lb medicine ball and a 20 lb kettlebell for this workout.

30 second

standing on one foot one knee up on the bosu

1 minute plank

on overturned bosu

20 standing

woodchops each side w/med ball

20 double

crunches with med ball between legs

20 one

legged deadlifts each side with kettlebell

20 seated Russian

twists with kettlbell

20 kettlebell crunches

10 elbow plank

circles in each direction on a stability ball

10 ab wheels - HARD, see pic below

20 knee pulls on a stability ball

20 standing

Russian twists each side with a med ball

30 second side plank each side

20 dolphins

on stability ball

20 low back

extensions on stability ball

It took around a half hour and I'm pretty sure I'll be sore tomorrow, as I'm starting to feel it already.  Tonite I'm doing legs at the gym at the Monaco Hotel downtown with my friend and coworker Heidi who's here in town on business.  The best part is we're going to tapa's afterward on the company dime!  http://torobravopdx.com/
