Wow, did I get a calorie burn this morning.  And I only officially did about 20 minutes of this workout!  HA!  Anyway, I obviously re-did parts over and over because I wanted to nail them.  I made it to 22 minutes on the DVD is all, but I didn't get tired of going back and doing it over and over....  :)  I could have went on and skipped getting the combos exactly, but since it was my first time trying, I wanted to get them the best I could.  I kept saying " one more time " ..  I did about 5 minutes of the plank work at the end too before my back started talking to me.  So, I didn't shut my HRM off until an hour and 20 minutes.  Anyway, I couldn't believe it when my HRM said I had burned 1015 calories with my average at 143.  YOWSER!!  I did a lot of standing around even watching, but obviously my heart rate didn't get too low while doing it.  I did add-in a bit here and there too.  I think I am going to really like this workout.  I intend to try it again this coming week.    It sounds like there are just 3 combos (which I beleive I got), but then she splices, which I'm usually not a fan of, but we'll see!  That must be coming fairly soon, because I think I learned most of 3 combos.  Oh, and I used one riser, which is what I will continue to use for awhile.

D, who can't believe Aniyah is still sleeping on top of her daddy at 8:20 this morning :)
