I skipped yesterday (Jillians Yoga Meltdown) as a family member died in Mexico and they had called us late the nite before and we didn't get much sleep and although I did wake up early to work out yesterday, I put it in and did the warm up, but I just couldnt make myself do it as I was too tired. But I did work out today. I am feeling very tired this week,and for all my hard work, I gained 3 pounds. Nice. I may not finish this rotation as I am not having fun anymore. I may take a few recovery days. I want to go to Fresno on Saturday and take an actual kettlebell class and do some shopping and go back to doing whatever workouts I want to do. I haven't decided yet.
