Guest guest Posted October 15, 2011 Report Share Posted October 15, 2011 I got a nice little workout in this morning. I say little because I don't feel like it did TOO much for me with just one set, but it was exercise, and it got me sweaty, so it's all good. I enjoyed it a lot, and it also went fast.   I shut my HRM off at 45 minutes and had burned 486 calories with my average at 127. I'm so glad that I have been getting 45 minute workouts in. My goal was 20 - 30 minutes. Well, I haven't had to resort to a 20 minute workout even while pregnant  And even the 30 minute workouts aren't TOO often.
