Yes, and to be around positive and forward thinking people in general :)  What I love about these races is that you're surrounded by healthy people who are active and enjoy the same things you do.  Great energy and group spirit!  I'm addicted to these events!

There you go! I believe that is a VERY important thing to do! While one group can give you " peer pressure " to eat poorly, another can be " peer support " to eat healthy! Family and friends are SOoo important for support! I get none from my own family, but lots from my in-laws. It really helps!
