Great energy and group spirit! I'm addicted to these events! Hugs! >>I need to surround myself more with people who feel the same way, I think, as positive reinforcers in my Journey. There you go! I believe that is a VERY important thing to do! While one group can give you " peer pressure " to eat poorly, another can be " peer support " to eat healthy! Family and friends are SOoo important for support! I get none from my own family, but lots from my in-laws. It really helps!
