Wed - Ellen & other days

Hi Everyone,

I think it has been awhile since I officially checked in w/ my workouts - here's what I have been up to:

Sat - 's Body Training - 1st premix (included standing and floor exercises), Winsor Pilates 20 min workout

Sun - Planned rest day (I switched up Sat & Sun since I knew I'd be out late on Saturday and would want to sleep in in on Sunday)

Monday - 30 min on Treadmill and Hips, Feet & Knees Practice from Yoga Complete for Every Body. Then, I felt absolutely awful and spent the day in bed - fighting something off - nauseau, upset stomach, body aches, just blech! I didn't feel great during my workout, but told

Tuesday - Feeling better - but took the day off

Wed - Ellen's Fat Burning Fusion and the floorwork section of Ellen's/Crunch Fat Burning Pilates.

Ellen always comes to the rescue for me for a good workout that will energize me but not wipe me out. I always get a little something from her workouts but in a sneaky way.

I hope to get back to m KCM workouts next week - but I think for the rest of the week I'm going to stick w/ Ellen so as to not sap my strength too much. I didn't eat much on Mon or Tues and need to work on re-building my strength and hydration levels.

Funny, though, now that I did an Ellen, I really want to do an Ellen rotation. Maybe w/ feeling better next week and having better weather (we're supposed to be sunny and in the 80's) my energy for KCM will return! :)
