Today, with doing Power Hour I didn't get those cardio steps that get me off to a few thousand steps for the day. I walked the dogs for 30 minutes this morning and everything I did around here today still didn't get me there, so I did a tiny bit of cardio before my yoga tonight. I know, really obsessed lol. I made this a Firm evening and pulled out a DVD that's I've yet to do any workouts off of. I did Pump, Jump & Jab with Kelsie s. I only did the warm up and KB 1. Then I put in The Firm Power Yoga. I got my 10,000 steps in. YAY! lol Now, I feel like I've been hit by a couple trucks. I'm tiiiiiiiired.
