Hi all, After a weekend of being lazy and eating very badly my weight is way up again. I called in sick to work today and am taking a mental health, regrouping day. Haha. On Saturday I went to Fresno (1 1/2 hr drive) to do an intro to kettlebells class, It was kinda way too easy and the teacher said my form was basically good except that I need to straighten my wrist more for my overhead presses. I had bought a groupon deal for $35 for 5 classes, the first of which was required to be the intro class. I am getting kinda mad as she seems to have Saturday classes but all of them for Aug. Sept and now the rest of Oct. are cancelled. I have to use all of these before Dec. as per the groupon requirment and heavy fog season is almost here so I don't know when I will get to use the rest of them as I work all week. Anyhoo, this morning I did 10 lb. slimdown extreme total body and the buns bonus. I am going to loosely follow the rotation for this. I plan to do it as written for the most part, but one day has 2 40 minute workouts. If this falls on a weekday, I will just split it into two days, if it falls on a weekend, I may try to do them, who knows. I really liked the ones I have done so far and tomorrow is the kickboxing one, which I have previewed only but it looks really awesome. Have a great day everyone, I am off to the store now to buy bananas.
