Guest guest Posted October 10, 2011 Report Share Posted October 10, 2011 Okay, well I wouldn't exactly call it a workout, but it was kinda dorky fun. My knees were acting up today (I think from all those squats and lunges yesterday) and I didn't want to do anything hard. I had got Misty Tripoli's Body Grooves a few weeks ago and decided to try it out today. I did workout 1. She gives you a basic move and then you take it and make it into your own kinda dance. I felt kinda dumb, and the dogs were staring at me, but it was kinda fun. At the end of this one, she had you do supermans on your stomach and on your back kinda like things. I didn't really get very worked out, but I did have fun and she also has you do a breathing relaxing sort of thing at the end. I did like it, and I am curious to see what the other 4 workouts are, but I think I will make them into nighttime bonus workouts instead of my main workout. Have a great Monday all.
