Guest guest Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 I got up too early this morning and spent too much time shopping at Lands End. I still had plenty of time to get a longer (for me) workout in. I chose Jackie's Power Circuit Training. I have done this one before, but it's been a long time. I enjoyed the workout, but was hoping to get more cardio out of it. It was a little ab heavy too. She could have done half the ab-work, and maybe more arm-work to suit me perfectly. I shut my HRM off at 42 minutes. I had burned 355 calories with my average at 114.
