Guest guest Posted March 22, 2002 Report Share Posted March 22, 2002 Hi everyone!! We are FINALLY home. Koti is now a proud owner of a Kangaroo Pet feeding pump. Unfortunatly she threw up this morning, but it was my fault. I measured the night feed wrong, and set the pump at 50cc's an hour rather than 110. ( she gets 3 bolus feeds a day at 50 an hour and I got myself ALL confused!) Its going to take some time to get the hang of this, Im so used to syringe feeds. She seems to be feeling fine. I have her in her wheelchair in front of the front door so she can see the sunshine- I thought she might enjoy that after being cooped up in a dark room for almost 2 weeks. She has become rather spoiled to being rocked in a glider, so of course we will be getting one. But maybe now she will be more content in her chair, and spend more time rocking in our laps and we can eliminate her swing since she hasnt been in it for so long. ( Im running out of space with all the medical equipment we are accumilating). Thank you all for praying for her, Im so glad to have my Kotiboo home!!
