I think today is not going to go well. I am sensing some issues with vacation plans, but we will see what happens. I will stress about it later not now. This morning I did one that I had bought a while back and not done yet. It is called Custom 3 Fit with Angie Gorr. It has 3 different levels to go from beginner to advanced. The exercisers are all working at the same time, the levels are marked on stability balls, on top of some stacked risers to that you can always see the person you are wanting to follow, you can always change between levels at any time. The first portion is cardio, not my favorite, especially since I have been really slacking lately and only doing my shortie RKS workouts and nothing else. I did mostly level 2 on this because I don't want to get my knee issues started up again now that they are gone. After all the cardio sessions comes the strength portions. It kinda reminded me a little of Jari Love, not a lot, but some with the isometric holds, etc. I liked this workout okay, not my fave, but okay. I may do it again someday. Depending what goes on with my vacay plans, I may go no mail later today, who knows at this point. Have a great day everyone.
